I am a coach for high achievers
And the question that I get asked very frequently is “Why do high achievers need a coach?”
People often assume that if you are a high achiever you always have your act together.
And that high achievers always know all the answers or can always figure it all out.
In reality, nothing can be further from the truth.
Contrary to popular belief high achievement is not a constant state.
High achievers go through their moments of self-doubt, failure and imposter syndrome.
And being a high achiever can be very lonely.
High achievers also juggle multiple priorities (way more than others) and often lose focus in the process.
And because high achievers tend to take on more than their share and burnout is real!
So working with me allows high achievers to pause and reflect
It enables them to think through and focus on their priorities.
It helps them take clearly thought-through decisions when the stakes are high and the options are confusing.
It helps them manage their emotions, their moments of self-doubts and their setbacks.
Most importantly its helps them stay on top of their game!
