I often get asked why someone hires an executive coach.
Is it the same as hiring a trainer or a consultant? How is this different? Is a coach also a mentor?
If you’ve ever had the same dilemma let me give you a quick summary of what I do as an executive coach:
1. If you have lots of contradicting thoughts running through your mind that don’t allow you to move forward, I will help you untangle your thoughts so that you are able to think with clarity.
2. If you need to make difficult decisions and every option looks equally good(or bad), I will help you review all your options in depth and help you decide what is right for you.
3. I will act as a mirror for you. Just like a mirror I will show you a true picture of yourself but leave it to you to decide if you want to change something.
4. I will help shine a light on things you may have never realized were impacting your progress.
5. I will create awareness of any beliefs or behaviors that hold you back, and help you mitigate them.
6. I will help you create a sustainable action plan towards your goals.
7. I will help you be more accountable to yourself and your goals.
Most importantly, I will help you become a more powerful, more creative, more resourceful and more confident version of yourself.
