What should your job description look like six months from now?
Because if you’re doing the same work and using the same skills 6 months later as you are now it means you haven’t grown as a professional.
And if you want to stay relevant in your work AND find fulfillment in what you do growth is a key part of that.
You DON’T need to change your job or get a promotion for your job description to change.
You need to learn new things, participate in new projects and initiatives and take new risks.
Even if you are in the same role.
Because that is THE only way to grow; as a professional, as a person and as a leader.
So take a moment to write down what newer, bigger and more exciting stuff you want to be doing in 6 months.
What work do you need to let go off to do that?
What risks do you need to take?
What skills do you need to acquire?
And what should your job description look like six months from now?
