Balance DOES NOT mean the same thing for everyone
It is a personal and subjective thing that depends on individual needs, values, and circumstances.
What one person considers to be a balanced life may look very different from what another person considers to be balanced.
For some people, balance may mean having equal amounts of time for work and play.
For others, it may mean prioritizing work over other things.
Some may prioritize their relationships and social life, while others may prioritize their career and personal growth.
Balance is literally the combination(or lack of) things that make you feel balanced as a person.
And you can only achieve it when you take the time to know what really matters to you.
And then make intentional choices to achieve that
It is also important to recognize that balance is not a static state. It may need to be re-evaluated over time.
As life circumstances, change and priorities evolve, what was once considered a balanced life may no longer be the case.
Regularly taking stock of what is important and making adjustments as necessary can help to ensure that one’s life remains balanced and fulfilling.
