I have never met a team that has ALL the resources it needs to be successful.
There is always a lack of either money, people, leadership, knowledge, opportunity or something else.
The perfect combination of just the right resources rarely happens, if ever.
But interestingly, the best teams are successful NOT because they have all the resources.
They are successful because they have a compelling purpose. And they find ways to make it work.
To quote Tony Robbins, “It’s not lack of resources but lack of resourcefulness that stops us from succeeding”.
